SuperNats XXIV trip
The SuperNationals is an annual SKUSA pro racing series held in the streets of Las Vegas. Racers from around the world come to compete amongst the most aggressive drivers through the streets of Vegas.
In December of 2021, Sally and her dad, Robby Mott, decided to check out the scenes of pro drivers in the most popular karting event of the year. With special access, they spectated the races from the commentators booth with a view of the entire track.
As a national champion who has been racing for 38 years, Robby has competed in the Supernats twice himself. As for Sally, this was her first time visiting a national karting event.
She even got to meet fellow female racer and karting legend, Hannah Greenmier (above) and NASCAR driver, Kevin Harvick (below).
“I’ve seen SKUSA events on TV, but never in person. This was definitely an amazing experience and I hope that one day I’ll be out there racing myself!”
